Hi! I'm May

Hi, I’m May! I am a registered dietitian, a promoter of all things in moderation, and an advocate of health and wellness through enjoyable, nutritious, real whole foods. 

My enthusiasm and love for food, interest in healthcare, and a calling to help others, led me to become a registered dietitian! I earned both my Bachelor’s of Science in nutrition and exercise science and a Master’s of Science in nutrition & dietetics through Rowan University. I am a first-generation Asian American and truly understand how culture and food preferences play important role in nutrition and health. 

No matter what your background is regarding food/nutrition and lifestyle – I meet you where you are in your health and wellness journey and guide changes one step at a time. My goal is to help you find and apply strategies customizable to your lifestyle so you can crush your goals!
